Using SHOPKIT Connect.

SHOPKIT Connect is operated by Kommon.io Inc. These terms cover the hosted connection between your SHOPKIT installation and the assistant you choose.

Your account and permission

Connect only a shop you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for the instructions you give your assistant, the permissions you approve and changes you approve in Studio. Installing a plugin alone does not authorize shop access.

Service boundaries

An enrolled HTTPS shop with a compatible SHOPKIT release is required. Features depend on your shop’s installed plugins, granted permissions and assistant availability. SHOPKIT Connect does not collect payments or issue refunds. Your assistant, hosting provider and shop may have separate terms and charges.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to access another person’s shop without permission, bypass authentication or owner reviews, send unlawful content, or disrupt the service. We may suspend connections that threaten service security or violate these conditions.

Availability and ending access

The service may change or be interrupted. Check the result of a requested action before relying on it. You may stop using it and revoke your connections in Studio at any time. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
