SHOPKIT Connect is published by Kommon.io Inc. For connection help, privacy requests or security reports, email support@goshopkit.com.
Include which assistant you use, your public shop address and the error message. Never send your password, passkey, API key, OAuth callback URL or access token.
Public feature requests and reproducible issues can be filed in the SHOPKIT plugin repository. Send sensitive reports by email, not in a public issue.
Connecting
Your shop must run the current SHOPKIT connection update and be enrolled with this service. Start from your assistant, enter your shop address, then sign in on your own shop and approve the permissions.
Disconnecting
Open your shop’s Studio → Plugins → Connect with ChatGPT or Connect with Claude, and disconnect that connection. To reconnect, start a new sign-in from your assistant.
