Your connection, explained.

SHOPKIT Connect is operated by Kommon.io Inc. It routes authorized requests between your assistant and your shop. Your shop handles sign-in; this service never asks for your shop password.

Connection credentials are encrypted before they are returned to the assistant. This service processes shop addresses, OAuth credentials, tool requests and their results in memory while forwarding them. It has no application database and does not intentionally retain shop content, prompts or tokens.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may retain infrastructure request metadata such as IP addresses, paths, timestamps and response status. Your shop and assistant have their own data handling policies. Data returned by your shop is shared with the assistant you connect.

Disconnect in your shop to revoke access. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, contact support@goshopkit.com. Do not include passwords or tokens. Requests about content held by your shop or assistant should also be directed to that service.
